Your ezine home must be a webpage. Once and a while people comes to me and want to participate in the '2Bucks' an Ad program without a webpage with information about their ezine. Believe me, it will not work. You will not sell any ads if you do not have any information about your ezine. And how would people signup if you don't have a webpage with a form to join? And a sales page?

Maybe you already have your own domain. Good! In the long run that is the best. If you have your domain on a webhost, even better! Then all is set and no more explanation needed. Create a webpage for your ezine with all information. Signup form in the next chapter.

If you don't have your own domain and don't want to invest in it, still the door is not closed. Some ezine publishers use free web hosting for their ezines. However, I can't give you any recommendation here. The web is changing very fast. Best is make a search on Google for "free webhosting" and you will get lot's of hits.
