Hey Folks.
Lot's of rain again. However, not in our town. Just some small
showers. But the coast line was hit very hard. Even tornados in
some places. A very un-usual weather phenomena here.
We also have a beach house 200 kilometers from where we live
and that community was affected. Water and mud even entered our
house. Lucky for us that we have very nice neighbors there who is
cleaning up the mess. Enter water in our house is something very,
very rare though the house is located directly on the beach.

QUESTION:
Lena, If My Calcium Is High on a Hair Analysis, why would anyone
recommend I take more Calcium? That is what my Naturopath says I
need. This totally floors me. What would you say to that? My
calcium is so extremely high, why would I want to take more calcium?
I am not sure her answer was something I can believe. I was not
totally convinced or satisfied with her answer of taking more calcium.

Updates for Windows.
It was Patch Tuesday yesterday, and Microsoft issued three patches,
or updates, for Windows. One of them is a critical fix, that could
allow remote code execution. That is a fancy way of saying that a
hacker could seize control of your computer.
The other two patches are rated Important. Of these, one repairs a
vulnerability that can be exploited when viewing compromised graphic
images.
The big danger with this flaw is that the attack code executes with
Administrator privileges, even if you were logged in with, say, a
Limited Account. Then the malicious program could copy or delete
any file on your PC. Ouch. Nasty stuff.
Microsoft was criticized for not including a fix yesterday for that
Excel flaw I talked about last Friday. Hackers are now reported to
be exploiting this bug. Oh well, maybe next month.
Go to the Microsoft Update site and see what is there for you, or
check that your computer updated itself automatically.
